For Athletes
I work with a wide range of sports and athletes. Being a former top athlete myself, I understand the importance and need for an individual approach. I highly value the opportunity to analyze training sessions together, making them even better and more effective. I have seen how good dialogue between the athlete and coach leads to significant results. Each sport requires a specific approach. There are sports where our main focus is on developing maximum strength. There are also areas where we train more explosive power, speed, endurance strength. We have different cycles, periods, training methods. Here, we tune each athlete according to their needs, priorities, and competition schedule. In collaboration, we can certainly talk about nutrition and recovery. Feel free to contact me!
For Amateurs
Not everyone wants to play sports at a top level. Goals can be very different. I also train amateurs with various objectives. Some want to lose weight, for others, endurance or general physical fitness is important. Or someone wants to take their first steps in the gym. With many amateurs, our work method is as follows: we meet, set goals, a training plan, and train together 3-10 times. This is to perform exercises with the right technique, appropriate breaks, and also to develop a habit and confidence to later manage independently in the gym. Then the amateur receives a plan and continues training independently. After some period, we change the training plan or modify the training cycle, and if necessary, we do some training sessions together again. There are also amateurs with whom we constantly train together. The most important thing here is consistency and a systematic approach, for continuous development and to achieve the set goals. Feel free to contact me, and let’s make a good plan together!
