I’m working with different athletes from different fields. As being a former athlete myself, I understand the importance and need for an individual approach. I value highly, when we can analyze the trainings together, in order to make them even better and more effective. I have seen how a good dialogue between the sportsman and coach will bring a good result.
Every kind of sport needs a specific approach. There are sports where our focus lays on developing a maximal strength. Also, there are sports, where we train more explosive strength, speed, and strength endurance. We are having different cycles, periods, and training methods. And so, here we are tuning every athlete according to his need, priorities, and competition calendar. As part of our cooperation, we can talk also about nutrition and recovery.
