As a trainer, I regard it as a high value, when we can analyse the trainings together, in order to help them become better and more effective. Reach your goals as a sportsman / an athlete

I’m working with different athletes from different fields. As being a former athlete myself, I understand the importance and need for an individual approach. I value highly, when we can analyze the trainings together, in order to make them even better and more effective. I have seen how a good dialogue between the sportsman and coach will bring a good result.

Every kind of sport needs a specific approach. There are sports where our focus lays on developing a maximal strength. Also, there are sports, where we train more explosive strength, speed, and strength endurance. We are having different cycles, periods, and training methods. And so, here we are tuning every athlete according to his need, priorities, and competition calendar. As part of our cooperation, we can talk also about nutrition and recovery.

For amateurs

I help you to set goals for you as an amateur

Not everyone is willing to exercise on professional level. I train also amateurs, who are having very different goals. Someone wants to lose weight, for some endurance or overall shape is important. Or some wants to take his first steps in gym.

With many amateurs the method will be following: we will meet to set goals and training program and will train together for 3-10 times. The purpose is to have right technique for exercises, with right pauses, and also to get a habit and confidence in gym for later. After that the exerciser will train on his/her own. After a while we will change the training program or change the cycle, if needed, do some trainings together. In some cases, we will exercise together continuously. The most important aspect is continuity and systematic approach, for continuous progress and reaching the goals set in the beginning.

Nutrition

I help you to lose or gain weight

Good results are not the consequences of consistent trainings only. I advise to pay attention to nutrition, moving and recovery from the very beginning. Eating healthy does not mean giving up everything you like. It is more about balance. You will get it by eating variously, based on what and how much your body needs. In that way your body can get the needed nutrients and you feel yourself healthy and active.

As a trainer and former top athlete, I have learned, how to lose and keep weight, and to gain, if needed. I can help to understand which conditions and periods are optimal and how to go through that without returning to starting point.
